Accessibility of CCR's Services¶

We endeavor to make all CCR websites and services accessible to all CCR users. Please report any issues to CCR Help so they can be addressed quickly.

In response to ADA regulations and university policy, CCR is completing the following work:

• CCR website: work is ongoing to ensure compliance by the April 24, 2026 deadline. The majority of the site is compliant but additional work is being done for full compliance.
• CCR Documentation: This website is being remediated with the intention of being fully compliant by the end of April 2026.
• CCR Help Portal: This is managed by UBIT and TeamDynamix and is compliant. We will review to ensure links are using best practices for screen readers by the deadline.
• Open OnDemand: This software is developed by the Ohio Supercomputer Center who has committed to full compliance by mid-April. CCR is working on testing an upgrade path from it's current version to the new version. This service will be upgraded during the May 26 downtime.
• CCR IDM Portal: We are currently verifying accessibility for this site. If you require assistance in using this portal, please contact us and we will work with you to ensure all account management needs are met quickly.
• ColdFront: We are currently verifying accessibility for this site. If you require assistance in using this portal, please contact CCR and we will work with you to ensure all project and allocation management needs are met quickly.
